Soap is not permitted due to problems it causes with our water treatment facility. The plastic sheets we provide are the barrier between your vessel and the environment. They catch paint drips and contain spilled material until it can be mopped up to prevent hull and sanding debris from reaching the soil.
Place all trash in the containers provided, and leave the area around your boat neat at the end of each day! Contact PSLBY for proper disposal of liquid hazardous waste (oil, diesel, bilge water, etc) and old batteries.

PSLBY does not loan tools - Vessel owners are responsible for all persons and damages or pollution caused while performing work on their vessels.


Rules & Regulations
Boatyard rules revolve around safe work practices, protection of the environment, common sense, and consideration of others. Customers must abide by PSLBY rules and regulations!
- Fires are prohibited
- Vessel owner vehicles only are allowed in the yard, all others must use the parking lot.
- Sandblasting and spray painting is not allowed unless authorized by PSLBY
- Major vessel modifications require advance notice and approval.
